In order to avoid over producing unnessesary product, most of our products are carefully made in very small batches and therefor reguarly out of stock. Products in stock are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed and transfered to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.
Typically, marked as "Ready to Ship" orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-3 business days

As you are a consumer you may cancel your order within 30 days from delivery and obtain a refund. Please note that the refund procedure will be subject to processing fee. This fee is paid to Stripe.
